In an era where technology choices can be overwhelming, this ranking helps developers, contractors, and consultants identify partners that deliver real-world certainty.

PlaceChangers was selected for the shortlist based on its unique digital planning toolkit helping to provide all the tooling for collaborative approaches to site planning. Integrates place and community analytics with AI-assisted interactive community engagement, PlaceChangers has proven to support complex planning proposals. Design teams have successfully researched community needs for emerging projects and transforming static public consultations into interactive, 3D experiences. PlaceChangers platform continues to de-risk the planning process for major UK housebuilders and provides added capabilities and capacities to the wider design team, including planning consultancies and architects.

While an expert judging panel determines 70% of the final score, the remaining 30% comes from peer validation. This ensure that the final ranking reflects technology that truly performs on live sites and across complex supply chains.

The final results will be revealed live at UK Construction Week London this May, where the first-place winner will receive a dedicated speaking slot on the Contech & AI Stage.
